Some new mothers may need more effort to be relax and happy. Here are some tips to help relax and be happy after giving birth:
1. Get enough sleep: Make sure you are getting enough sleep, even if that means napping during the day.
2. Accept help: Accept help from friends and family, and ask for help if you need it.
3. Practice mindfulness: Take a few minutes each day to practice mindfulness. This can be as simple as focusing on your breath or doing a short meditation.
4. Find time for yourself: Make sure you take some time each day to do something for yourself, even if it's just taking a relaxing bath or reading a book.
5. Exercise: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and boost your mood. Even a short walk outside can make a big difference. Consult your doctor for a suitable exercise for new mothers.
6. Stay connected: Stay connected with friends and family, and join a new parent group. This can help you feel less isolated and more supported.
7. Eat well: Make sure you are eating a healthy diet, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
8. Laugh and have fun: Don't forget to have fun! Watch a funny movie, listen to some music, or play a game with your partner or friends.
